St George’s Day Celebration
I am pleased to report that despite coming back on the 25th of April, we were still able to celebrate St George’s Day, albeit a couple of days late, on the Friday. Lots of children came in to school dressed in red and white and took part in a range of activities throughout the day linked to this important day. One year group made their own stained glass windows depicting the story of George and the Dragon, an example of which can be seen on the right.

Father’s Day – 19th June
We will be celebrated Father’s Day this year on 19th June. Invitation letters will be going out to parents next week. All confirmation of attendance, dietary requirements and allergies will have to be completed online. More information will be shared the nearer the time. We look forward to welcoming all our dads once again this year for what should be an excellent day. As some of you will be aware we did have a couple of glitches with the Mother’s Day event which hopefully has now been resolved. Having said that it was a hugely successful event with 450 mums in attendance!
