Key Steps Gymnastic Competition

We had a great result at this year’s Key Step Gymnastic competition, with our Year 1 / 2 children coming first on the day and our Year 3 / 4s coming third. This now means that our Key Stage 1 team are through to the finals which are on June 28th. This has been an incredibly successful year when it comes to sport with so many of our children achieving success.

KS1 Borough Olympics

Another great result saw our Key Stage 1 team triumph at this year’s Borough Olympics. This is the first year they have run this competition in the borough and to win it so convincingly is a fabulous achievement. Out of 26 events we won a massive 20 medals, 11 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze. Well done to all the children and also to Mr Garcia and the staff team.

Spanish Day – 28th June

On the 27th of June we are celebrating Multicultural Day and on the 28th of June Spanish Day. This is an opportunity to celebrate diversity in our global learning community. Traditional dress or colours from the flag of your home country (or country that represents your heritage) can be worn on the 27th. On Spanish Day, the 28th, please wear red and yellow or traditional Spanish dress. Lunch will be based on a Spanish menu.
