Nursery Graduation

Well done to all our children in both the morning and afternoon Nursery for their Graduation event. All the children sang and said their words beautifully. Thank you also to all the parents and grandparents who came along to watch their children ‘graduate’ and also the staff for doing such a fab job in preparing the children. Sadly, due to the new GDPR regulations which recently came into force, I wasn’t able to take any photos but have managed to get one after the event.

Run of success for our cricket team

Well done to the cricket team who have come top of their league this year. They are also on a bit of a roll having narrowly beaten the staff during Health and Safety week. I suspect this was their sweetest victory so far this term. They have also reached the semi-finals of the Cup competition. They are next due to play against Arthur Bugler which I suspect will be an altogether tougher challenge.

Success also for our Key Steps Gymnastics squad

Congratulations to our Key Stage 1 gymnastics team who came a very impressive 5th place at the Essex County finals having come first in Thurrock. This is the best position we have ever come in the Key Steps competition and they should be very proud of their achievement. Well done boys and girls.

PTA Summer Fete

Plans are well underway for this year’s Summer fete which is on Wednesday July 18th. We are still on the look-out for parents to donate either savoury dishes or cakes to the Bake Off tent on the day. For more information please contact Mrs Bray.
